Replaced my best chair ever with a better one!
I've had a PL6000 chair (left chair in the pic I posted) for about 8 years and it has held up very well. I like to game but am also an IT professional so I have literally spent multiple days on end doing overnight maintenance, long term troubleshooting and problem resolution in addition to hours of gaming when I'm not working and it has been a reliable companion. I did have to contact support a couple years ago for an issue, but they were helpful and honored the warranty with a quick replacement part.I had an issue with the "recline lock" no longer working due to a screw popping out that I can't put back in the metal base which it well out of warranty coverage and some of the "pleather" has started to wear after years of hard use so I decided to try out the PL6800 and so far I am glad I did! The improvements between the models make a big difference in air flow and ergonomics:- Better ventilation than most other chairs I've used. Obviously not as breathable as a "mesh" chair, but I don't find those very durable. I'll be curious to see how well the fabric holds up to use over the years and I can tell it will attract lint, etc. They do include a free "washable pet hair remover" (lint roller) which is a nice acknowledgement of that issue.- Built-in lumbar support! One thing I did not like about my previous chair (and many similar models) is that the "lumbar support" is a memory foam pillow that you slide up/down. This chair has support built into the back and so far it feels very nice. I have back issues, so I welcome this additional support.- More cushion on the bottom pad. I can feel it "give" a bit but it is still supportive. My previous chair was very firm. (again, common for a chair designed for big/tall folks like me.- Waterfall seat design. I wasn't sure if I'd like this but I'm already sold on it. My legs aren't "held up" by a higher lip on the seat and I can now sit more comfortably, especially when I'm even slightly reclined. Less fatigue and better blood flow? I'll take it.If I have any issues, I'll update my review, but so far, I don't have any regrets.

VERTAGEAR PL6800 - An Excellent Choice for Big & Tall folks
The media could not be loaded. [REVIEW IN PROGRESS]I received the Vertagear chair today, just a few hours ago. Took me maybe a half hour to assemble and voila - new, shiny, supportive chair. Installation was truly a breeze and there were no issues, missing pieces, unclear instructions or any of that.Seat Support: Extremely pleased with the feel of the seat. As someone who deals with back pain, I am sensitive to poorly designed seats. This, however, is probably the most comfortable seat I've owned that manages to keep you supported at the same time. This has a lot more of a conforming feel than previous chairs and really balances comfort with support well for a big guy like myself.Back Support: This chair features a dynamic, self-adjusting back support that does an excellent job supporting you while remaining comfortable. The nature of the dynamic lumbar means this chair conforms it's support to whatever shifting or moving you may do as you go about your day. Had a nice two hour session and my back feels loads better than it would if I'd used my last chair. Support the lumbar but also has some solid mid-back support as well. The larger frame at the top allows for broad shoulder-ed people to sit comfortably without fear of being forced into an awkward posture.General Thoughts: This is easily shaping up to be the best chair I've owned. Very solid build quality, materials all feel premium (minus some plastic wheels but I'll give it a pass). For a large, six foot something, 300 pound dude such as myself, this is an easy upgrade from my Secretlab 2020.I will continue to update this review as I wear in the chair and get a better feel for all the pros and cons and which weighs heavy. For now, easy 5/5 stars from me. There aren't a lot of reviews out for this chair yet as it's a brand new model, but I took the leap of faith and I am extremely pleased.

No warranty support!!!
Arm rest came off when I put weight on it after owning for about a year. 2 year warranty but good luck getting anyone to respond. I'll take down if VG ever respondsVG responding within 1day of making an inquiry. Will update again when resolved

It works with a bad back
C7, l5, s1, all degenerative. More arthritis sprinkled throughout. But the chair is pretty comfy. We shall see how long it lasts

First impressions
Chair seems very solid in construction and material. I was expecting a bit more seat space considering this is a chair for bigger fellows. Will update after I have gotten some use out of the chair.

Comfort
My chair was delivered today. I work from home and I also game so I am in a chair for majority of the day. i am also a bigger guy so more comfort is needed whil at my desk. I noticed when looking up chairs that this was advertised as the most comfortable chair for bigger guys ans let me tell you..IT is. From the seat to the back..to being able to change the width of the arms, I can already tell by just the 2 hours I have set in it that this was much needed and I will be 100xs more comfortable sitting in this chair.

Solid
Had it for about two weeks now and I gotta say, this chair is solidly built and absolutely comfortable. The first thing I noticed once I put it together was that the backrest is a lot taller than the last few chairs I've had which is great for someone tall like me.

Not as comfortable as I'd hoped.
For a chair designed for heavy people, the seat padding leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest complaint is the reclining function. Not just the seat back reclines but the entire seat including the armrest. This means if you lean back at all your mouse arm raises up adding stress to an already sore mouse wrist.
