My first impression of this Polo shirt was, Why the zip and large collar? Laying that side for a moment and Looking at the material and design, the shirt has lots of appeal it fits well, as I expected for the size I ordered.For this review, I have not washed the shirt, so I can't say how colourfast it is. Neither can I say if it retains its size and finish when dried. At the moment, it's slightly on the large side, so a small shrinkage in all directions would not go amiss.So over to the zip and collar thing ... Traditionally I'm used to polo shirts having 3 buttons, not a zip. But hey, maybe I'm behind the fashion times, or maybe this shirt is looking for an identity beyond the traditional look. I also mentioned the collar. It's just a tad on the large side for my liking, a bit too pointed and giving the impression it belongs on a dress shirt, not a sports top.I think what I'm saying here is this polo shirt needs to be worn, washed, and worn again without an iron so that I can see how the material naturally falls and finds its style. in everyday use.Materials and construction looked good. Overlocked seaned and good stitching feel like it will not fall apart easily, £23.99 is way over the top for the price. It's the sort of thing I would expect to pay under £10 in any other department store.

I had high hopes for this Polo shirt but a faulty zip and poor quality stitching around the zip left me disappointed.The overall standard of the polo shirt is not reflected in the price at the time of review. It is more of the standard of factory attire I have had to wear in the past rather than a nice looking polo shirt I would be happy to go out in. The zip gets stuck every time and don't think it is a good design to have a zip where a lot of men have chest hair that may get jammed in it. The way the zip is sewn in leaves the bottom of the zip exposed and unsightly and overall looks low standard.On the plus side the colours are vibrant.
