Very good quality materials and workmanship. I use it to power five small fans on a 2011 FrankenDell NVIDIA P7 Latitude. I didn't have a male-to-male cable in my large collection of USB cables. I do now. It was useful for mac-to-mac connections to transfer data. Seems to be of above average quality and pretty cheap.
