Soapstone Holder Set. Flat and Round

Works just fine. I like the flat stone actually clips in unlike my name brand one.

Pretty good setup. Always need soapstone in the shop. This has good variables and quantity for the price.

Packed so nice and tight in its own cardboard box. It also came with the holders loaded up with respectively2 x round and 1 x oblong holder. The round holders was loaded up with a white and red soapstone marker. They others were packed and bundled nicely together. I can definitely recommend theses and will buy again when needed.

The soapstone came as described and works well. The holder is one of the better ones I've used. Meanwhile, the bundled scribe is not good, and in fact mine had its tip quickly mushroom and degrade while using it on A56 mild steel.

Comes with a nice little cardboard box to keep everything in. None of the soapstone pieces were broken. The Scribe seems to cut into the metal adequately. The scribe tucks into the gap in the box, and I lift it in and out with a paper. ( see picture). The soapstone is loose inside the holder, ( See picture where I'm pointing with my pencil) but there is no way around it because of the design. So just hold it the other way around (See picture)

This is a excellent kit and comes with everything I need including a metal scriber. Even the packaging is top notch. Holds soapstone in place, just like it should. I have a Lincoln holder and it's a PITA, the soap always falls out and breaks. Great kit & great price.

Soapstone Works well,, scribe is garbage

I love it, makes my life a lot easier, you may have a hard time getting the chalk to stay down with the round one if it’s too sharp, just dull it down and it should write a lot easier! Measured my plates with it and got a decent weld in
