This product works very well. You will get a very satisfying night of sleep after taking it. You will wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all. The flavor is good. I highly recommend this product.

This is my second time ordering these, the first time was about a year ago. The first ones had a funky flavor but they worked well and they weren't so funky tasting that I had to wouldn't use them. This new batch they have fixed the flavor and they taste miles better. I have to say that these work better than any melatonin product I've ever used, maybe out of 20 or so other brands I've tried. I'm a big dude, 6'5" 250lbs and these knock me out within 25 mins without fail. Next is the price, you get triple the amount for half of the price of others, awesome value.

If you struggle to slow your mind down and get ready for sleep, these are honestly perfect. I usually chew them up and take a sip of water, but they can dissolve on their own or you can just take them with water if that is easier. The flavor is pretty decent and they are simple and affordable. They help me relax and drift off when my thoughts will not stop spinning, but they do not keep you asleep all night. They just help you fall asleep naturally. I also love that I do not wake up feeling heavy or out of it the next day. I really like them and plan to keep buying them.

I’ve used these for almost two years now and have them in my subscribe & save. Easy dissolving, tastes ok, and most importantly I fall asleep and stay asleep when I take them. Highly recommended.

Not only tastes good but also works very well and efficiently. Note that this is a 20mg strength so don't confuse it with a 10mg first. It's pretty potent.

Really seems to work!

Works very well! I only take one on occasion, but they do help with sleep. Only knocked off a star because the “natural berry” flavor was a little too “natural” and tastes like you’re eating a dirt pellet. Otherwise, great!
