Fixed the problem!
When one of the 4 back sensors is out apparently the vehicle doesn’t beep so they all need to be working. I needed a new one and this fixed the issue!

Cost more but fixed the problem!
2009 Ford F150 KR - I'm not sure this was a genuine Ford part as it did not have the Ford Logo on it like the original one being replaced however it worked fine and solved my problem hence the 4 star rating. Note, I originally purchased the very inexpensive ones you see on eBay and none of those fixed the issue so this was certainly worth the extra $ ($55 vs $6-9 on eBay)

Hardest part was getting old one off.
Replacement of backup sensor

Easy to put in.
Pretty easy to install. My scan tool said my left side inboard backup sensor was bad so I tried this. Fairly easy to put on once you're on your back under the truck. Solved my problem and my backup sensors are good as new.
