The big thing to know here is that a SOLID half-inch is needed on both sides between the cabinet frame and drawer sides. I didn't have this, and spent a considerable amount of time carefully chiseling out a 1/8" inset on both sides of the frame (does not need to extend to front of frame, so if well done, no-one would even notice).The other thing is the instructions may not work, depending on the specifics of the drawer. After carefully reviewing and measuring and re-measuring, how could my drawer not fit? Answer: the instructions assume a symmetrical distance for the face with respect to the sides of the drawer. My drawer face had considerably more distance above the drawer then below. The correction was not a big deal for the first test drawer. I'm glad I didn't mount all the rails before testing.The screws for mounting in the back of the cabinet are pretty poor, unless you have a thick, solid back panel. I have only about 1/8 of masonite on the back of the dresser. Not only is this not very strong to hold these drawer slide rear mounting brackets, but the supplied screws are also too long and would stick out the back. I replaced them all with nuts & bolts, and used some locktite to ensure they don't come loose.I didn't particularly care for the press-fit of the rails to the rear mounting bracket. It would have been a better design to have the rails be screwed into the rear mounting brackets. I bent the spring-loaded metal strip for a tighter fit.Overall it is a bit of work to install these (really or any) slides but I'm happy with them. The end result is acceptable and a nice step up from the cheesy under-drawer slide that they replaced.

These soft close drawers are great except they are difficult to open. They pull close very tight and needs a firm tug to open which is not convenient when your hands are full. I installed three of the 10 I bought - did not install the rest because they are not comfortable to open. I have other soft clothes rails that open much nicer

These worked great for my furniture needs! Slide very smoothly and seem very well made. No complaints.

These are great guides. As with any item like this, installation is key to successful operation. I got these for a custom project that I was doing. These were the perfect fit, and it makes my project so much nicer, than the cheapo guides, with the wheels.The end caps made installation much easier for my cabinet. Many guides do not come with these.For the 16 inch guides you need 17 3/4 minimum cabinet depth (inside). You need 15 3/4 drawer length (with out the face) If you try to use these for some other size drawer, or cabinet, you may be able to make them work, but it's outside the design, and you will have difficulty. I am not sure about the other size guides, as I did not get those. But its safe to assume that these numbers are scalable.
