I will just start off by saying that the refrigerator is simply really good. I got it for 61k and because I got good credit card offers, I got it for a little less then 59k. I live in a tier 2 city and I have had very poor customer service experience with Whirlpool and Voltas but Haier left me impressed. Starting from the top. Most negative thing about the whole buying experience of this fridge was the delivery. The delivery experience by Amazon was not pleasant AT ALL. There was a lot of hassle but Amazon did try to help me instead of being rude or avoiding my communication towards them. Long story short, I had to call up a Crane to get this fridge on the 1st floor. Amazon couldn't help even though I notified about the first floor and the weight of the refrigerator beforehand. After receiving the fridge, I got the call from Haier in just under 30 minutes. They confirmed my address and asked how long has it been since the fridge was delivered. The engineer from Haier planned his visit after 2 hours from delivery (as it advised to turn on the fridge after 2 hours of wait.) The engineer arrived on time and was definitely aware of the fridge dos and dont's. He briefed me about the working of the fridge and all seemed really well. Please note that this review is after 1 month of usage and I am writing this because people from Haier asked how I was liking the fridge and requested me to post a review if I like it and I told them I will write on my time and I feel confident now that I like this fridge so I am writing this here. Now, onto the working of the fridge. Let's do pros and cons because I have seen other people do it here. Pros: 1. The refrigerator is absolutely silent. 2. The fridge looks beautiful (inside and outside) and the texture of the fridge also feels premium. 3. The fridge doesn't have any functional or usage problems that I have encountered so far 4. The temperature control works as expected. 5. Opening and closing the fridge works smoothly 6. Plenty of space to store a lot of things. (I live with my parents and sister) 7. Good space in door compartment of both doors. Cons: 1. No door alarm. Even though the door always closes itself with a gentle push, I think for 0.1% chance, a door alarm could have been good. 2. Tray management inside refrigerator area could be a little better for full usage of the fridge capacity. The fridge stores a lot already but I do feel that there should have been a better tray position system inside the fridge. I could be wrong but it just looks like it. And this con in NOT limited to this fridge, other fridges I saw in SBS type also had the same design inside. To be honest, there isn't really a con about this fridge that bothers me or anyone in my family. Few good companies are making SBS in this price segment and with the service experience of Haier in a tier 2 city. I am very impressed. Definitely recommending it to all. Kudos to Haier. If this doesn't get updated, just know that this fridge has been working well. :)

This Haier refrigerator offers excellent storage space, perfect for large families. Its sleek design and efficient cooling make it a great value for money.

Been using it for approximately 2 months. Great product, big storage and ample of compartment in both side. Has wheels so easy to move when need to clean the area around.
