It's didn't work at all. The product is all dried up and not a single drop of liquid, quite disappointed

Tube size is ridiculously small. Dry as a bone. After 3 uses, too dry to even open the applicator. Going back to my L'oreal liner, tried and true for 30 years.

Product came and it was all dried up I could t even use it once

This is a good eyeliner product when it's not defective when you receive it. I just received two that I ordered, and both of them were totally dried up when I opened them. As a matter of fact, it was hard to pull the one end from the other because it was dried up and stuck. This is probably the sixth time that I have received this product and it is totally dried up upon receipt. Occasionally, you might receive one that is ok, and I have ordered it from different places, so I am not singling out Amazon for this problem. According to the product packaging, they are not expired, so I am not quite sure what is going on with Maybelline and this product resulting in its always being dried up. I am currently in the process of contacting Maybelline about this problem so I can obtain a refund or a replacement that is good.
