First unboxing itself gives a premium feeling because of packings. After that it has all qrcode to download user manual and apps.Once download and I started to use. It gives good look to the hands and feels comfortable. It does BP,SpO2 heart rate monitor.This is the first review and update after 15 days.Now I feel it's worth for the price I paid.

Tried checking many fitness bands for different functionalities that suits a woman for daily basis and Cross Beats is the best fitness smartwatch.At this price point, Some of the useful features are available at a premium in other brands. So if you are looking for a reliable fitness smartwatch then buy this. I'm simplifying your search as I have put hours of research for a band under ₹2000.

I loved the first sight of this smarty. Look wise this watch is similar to a super premium brand. Display is crisp and sharp. Strap seems strong but average in its looks.After one day use I can say this is a feature packed product for very reasonable price.But one thing hurts me and that is the non compliance of the promise offered by the company.A free screen gaurd has to be given by the company after completing a certain procedure by the customer. But even after 14 days I didn’t got that.

I strongly advise against buying the CrossBeats Ignite S3 Max or any CrossBeats product. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Here's why:Terrible Product Quality: The watch stopped working within a few months. It wouldn’t charge, reset, or turn on despite multiple troubleshooting attempts.Zero Post-Warranty Support: Once the warranty expires, you're on your own. The company doesn’t have spare parts or repair options available. Even when I was willing to pay for repairs, they refused to help.Poor Customer Service: After contacting their support team multiple times, all I received were excuses. They admitted they didn’t have the parts to fix their own product!Complete Waste of Money: This watch is a useless piece of hardware once it encounters an issue. Even local repair shops couldn’t fix it as CrossBeats provides no support for their products.If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this brand altogether. There are far better alternatives in the market with reliable products and customer support. Don’t make the mistake I did—save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

The design, features, everything are good for basic smartwatch except for the Watch Face that is a bit limited (only 7). 200+ watch faces were promised, but I cannot get all these.

I have purchaaed smart watch ignite max s3 on 17/03/23but within one year my watch battery is not properly working my watch before 4month.i don't understand what is doing for this watch. Please do necessary action regarding replacement of my smart watch or anything you think appropriately. This is very painful for us to buy this watch through online.
