Update: the company reached out and was able to send me a new one in the same color I ordered originally that worked perfectly at no expense to me! They were very kind and respectful. Impressed with their customer service because nowadays most companies would let you take an L on it. 10/10 for Verity and her company! would order again as well! Borrowed my dad’s and loved it so ordered one for myself, unfortunately it only half works. The lightening cable works fine but the usb-c cable does not work at all, we tried in many devices then troubleshooted it as recommended and still nothing Reached out to customer support so will update should anything change

This is a really convenient portable charger the charging speed is super fast it can charge 3 different devices, the best part is you can plug it into the wall so it’s charged up and ready to go for the next time. This is the second one I’ve bought the first one I’ve had since September.highly recommend 5stars it’s 10000 mah so I get a lot of charges till I have 2 recharge I’d say atleast 2 full charges on my iPhone. Quality power bank with a large capacity and built in cables. It’s pretty rare that I need a cord other than the three that come built in. So this thing has been perfect for me. I’ve had three different devices charging at the same time and I’ve never had an issue. I also love that you can plug it directly into the wall and also be charging your devices at the same time. When traveling I find this super convenient. It’s fairly lightweight and the battery life is excellent! So convenient for this day and age. I gifted a bunch of these for X-mas last year and they were a big hit.

I love the way this charger is set up with all of the cords attached and a built-in wall mount. No more struggling with cords or having to remember 5 different ones while traveling. My only complaint is that it’s a very slow charger, which is okay being that it’s great for on-the-go and traveling and can fit right into a handbag.

I got the sooner version and it's light enough to not be cumbersome when carry it with me as one of my bag essentials. I use this to charge my Android phone, but it's also compatible with iPhones and has been a lifesaver for friends on longer trips. I love that the cords and outlet prongs are included in this charger and that makes it more convenient, compact, and a step above other chargers that need a separate cord. It doesn't get too hot when charging my phone, bit that also means that charging will be on the slow side. I like the white color because it makes it easy to find in my bag.

I’ve bought 2 of these. One in June 2023 and the second in October 2023. The first one I bought works fine. The second one started having issues after about 1.5 years. It no longer is able to charge with the built-in wall plug. However, I can still charge it when I connect it to a USBC cord. The attached cords are still functional. I like that it’s compact with the attached cords and wall plug in. It would’ve been perfect if the wall plug in had lasted longer.
