What if one of the bulbs die out. How can you replace it?

You can’t replace LED bulbs like this it’s a circuit board. You either have to know how to solder or order a led light that will fit in the globe and plug in or buy another set and replace the one burned one. But LED lights themselves last for decades. It’s typically wiring that goes if they just go out.

What are the dimensions of the bulbs?

If i had to say their about 2 or 2 1/2 in diameter.

Can I attach these to my very large medicine cabinet mirror?

They have the sticky patch, I think you pretty much can attach them to anything

When attaching to the frame of the mirror does the adhesive pull the color of the frame off if you remove the lights?

Depends on the paint quality of your frame. My frame was okay when I tried moving the lights in a different manner. So damage
