Great replacement pump
These pumps worked perfectly in my machines, just as advertised

Fits and works exactly like the original. USB power cord is shorter than original.
This USB-powered pump is a simple drop-in replacement for the original low-voltage AC one that came in our cat fountain. It may even be quieter (at least that is my impression). Note that the power cord is quite a bit shorter than the original pump's. This can be good or bad - good if you struggled with excess cord from the original or bad if it's just not quite long enough. But if it's too short, a readily available USB A male-to-female extension (not included) can help out.

Fits most pet foundations
Good replacement fit well with my pet foundation. Comes with an adapter.

Poor Pump!
his replacement pump for the PetSafe Drinkwell Stainless Steel 360 is a total letdown. First, it's way weaker than the original; even slight clogging in the filter stops it dead. Second, don't believe the super quiet claims—it's noisy and annoying, unlike the original. Third, the electrical setup is all wrong, forcing me to hack the cables just to make it work. I'm highly disappointed and don't recommend this pump for the Drinkwell fountain. Save your money and get the OEM part instead.

Better than original pump
I got this to replace the motor on my Cat Mate tiered water fountain. It is quieter than the original and easier to take apart for weekly cleaning. It does not have a flow adjuster but I always kept the previous one at max anyway. I’ve been running this one for a couple weeks now and definitely recommend it.

My old pump was hardly working on my water fountain for my cat. I purchased this and its working how it should. Excellent and the water flows how it did originally.
