I was absolutely delighted with the first batch of vials that arrived. They were packaged beautifully, bubble wrap, cardboard box etc. The labels tiny but perfect. So, having used all the first set of vials, I bought another set. However, these arrived loose in a plastic bag with no labels, no box, no bubble wrap. I’ve tried to find replacement labels for them, but to no avail. But for my uses, I really need the labels and the box very useful. I want to reorder but if another set arrives like the second, I’ll be furious at the waste of time, money and resources. Wish I could contact the company direct
