I ordered the larger mug and had print put on it. It looks great and I am happy with it. However, I have several of these larger mugs (which I like) and their handles are quite a bit thicker than this one. This one does not feel very sturdy and seems fragile. It's a gift and I really wish it was a thicker, stronger feeling handle. One other little thing -- I ordered what I thought was a white mug, but it is gray. It works for my purposes, but just a heads up.

I got this coffee cup for my husband for our anniversary in November. He loved it so much, but it broke this morning. I am not in anyway blaming the seller, I understand that accidents do happen. Hence why I had to give it 3 stars for the sturdiness. To the seller, is there a way to get another one? Thanks.

I ordered 12 mugs for my grand-students with a special message on the sides and they turned out so cute! the "I love you" message inside the mug makes it incredibly special and meaningful. They were packaged securely and arrived in perfect shape; I am so happy with them.

This was packed carefully and it arrived perfect condition. I'm glad I ordered the larger cup, it made the picture on the cup more clear, and more balanced, than if I had it picked the smaller size cup. It was gift and the person absolutely loved it . Also mentioned that picture on the cup make her appear thinner, which she was pleased about.

Had these made for me and the Best Girl In The World's 20th anniversary. Great quality mug, seems sturdy and holds a good amount of coffee. The print turned out beautiful, exactly what I designed, colors are vibrant. The problem, and the reason for the 4 stars is I think MassProducePrintBot3000 is not calibrated correctly for this size/style mug. Both images (the text is actually an image I designed) are centered too far towards the handle. They both need to be slid further towards the side opposite the handle. Other than that, great mugs, My Girl loved them, and believe it or not, the coffee tastes the same regardless of how the images are centered.

A bit darker than expected but still ok to be gifted

Purchased to be a part of a gift basket giveaway. Printing and writing on cup were done excellently. Had previously purchased this mug for a gift so chose to purchase again. Great value for money spent especially with personalization. Would recommend for any gift.
