The Power of Self Healing - review
I have only just begun to read this book and I bought it after seeing it mentioned, positively, in an online article in The Ecologist. It is very life affirming and full of information about healthy living, including information about food additives and the importance of organic food. It is an American book and if someone with an informed scientific background read it they would query some of the assertions but there are references for each chapter so I think the book would be a good starting place for anyone interested in improving their lifestyles and,perhaps, making life changing decisions.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Buch. Dr. Mancini spricht den eigenverantwortlichen Leser an.Der Autor verfügt über eine ausserordenliche und breite Fachkompetenz und ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Forschung. Er zeigt, wie die Therapie des Arztes durch eigene Aktvitäten unterstützt werden kann und zwar bezüglich Ernährung, Nahrungsergänzung, Aktivieren der Selbstheilungskräfte und Bewegung. In dem Buch geht es nicht nur um gesund werden sondern auch um gesund bleiben.Auf anschauliche und einfache Art werden Zusammenhänge und Funktionsmechanismen der Medizin erklärt. Das Buch ist ein Segen.

Uncomon common sense
The book, "The Power of Self Healing" by Dr. Fabrizo Mancini is a simple to read, common sense approach as to how you can use your own mind and mental powers to help your body heal in many different ways. As good as the book is, I found the section on "Emotional Self Healing" to be extraordinary.. While there are so many self help books on the market today, Dr. Mancini's approach is very easy to understand, it is powerful in that it really directs you to ways of thinking that most people have never though of. This is one most helpful books I have read in the last 20 years. I highly recommend it.

Chiropractic promotional book
Contained nothing that was ground-breaking. Has numerous case studies that stress the benefits of chiropractic therapy. I am not anyway decrying this therapy, but there are others. The health care information is suited to the USA, in the UK you would probably go to a Osteopath, having used this service would have no hesitation in recommending this therapy.When it comes to dietary information read "the Plan" by Lyn-Genet Recitas, this is a must read. From reading and following the information in "the Plan" I found that I have an intolerance to salmon and prawns, both of which I love. I also have an intolerance to milk products, in particular yoghurt, even plain. By using the information in "the Plan" in four months I lost four inches from around my waist, yet only 2 lbs weight. I knew I was near my ideal body weight with a 41 inch chest and 31 waist not bad for a nearly 67 year old male.
