Excellent, handled a 7 pound carp with ease. Great for the margins

as a starter kit it was not bad but the quality of the line was so bad it tangled straight away and the length of the pole to strength of it was a bit worrying

Upon receipt of my 5m version of this whip I immediately replaced the elastic (I used 10-14 rated hollow elastic). I'm an experienced and very active angler, and for fun decided to give whip fishing a go. I have used this whip with a variety of rigs tied by myself on a few of my club lakes and have caught several fish including this fine example. Great fun!! Would recommend.

Very good for someone first starting I have been fishing years I taught my Daughter years ago with something like this. I use it off the front of my narrow boat and catch and loads of fish with it . You will need landing net disgorged and a few more rigs and maggots or other bait . I have expensive fishing gear but for a quick session dead easy and fun playing big fish , elastic is a bit OTT but strong

Parcel was not left with resident ...just left behind gate. Pole had no elastic tip nor spare elastic tip definitely not as advertised. Please send replacement parts.
