Great small amp. I use this as a practice amp on my Martin acoustic and could not be happier.

For me this amp is just great. It is the perfect little amp to plug my Martin Special 16 into. The amp works really well with the Fishman VT Enhance pickup system in my guitar. The Chorus effect on the amp is a great addition to find some different tones and other than that you can adjust the bass, middle and treble. It has a second input for a microphone and I use a Shure Sm58 Dynamic Mic. on it and it sounds great. It really is a perfect amp for at home, practice and it can definitely get loud enough to play a small venue gig easily. This package comes with a 10 foot ORIGINAL Fender Instrument Cable as well as 24 Fender Cellulose Picks (8Heavy,8Medium,8Thin). That's where the extra cost is on top of the amp. But I find the bundle to be well worth it. It's a nice little thing if you need them. I've heard some complaints about the speaker HUM. The same thing happened when I initially pulled her out of the box and plugged it in. But I found that it was because of the power strip I plugged it into and not the actual amp. The problem was fixed as soon as I plugged directly into the wall or into an extension. I play the Amp for hours. It sounds so good with my Martin and I can't speak for how she sounds with other acoustic instruments, but for my part, I think Fender nailed it with this little amp.

Like all other Fender amps that I have had, this one is also quite good. I'm pairing it with a Godin Multiac guitar for home practice & jams. Love the 2 channels--one with XLR input for mic. I had a Fender Acousticsonic 40w amp that was great but too cumbersome & heavy to take to jams. This one suits me well. My only wish is that it had a built in looper, but I realize that would drive up the cost considerably. I guess that's what modeling amps & pedals are for!

What a great little versatile Fender amp but would you expect anything less from a Fender amp?!

A little less volume than I thought. However it is very small amp. Sound is pretty good on my d 18. Overall I think it is ok for small venues I. E. Church sanctuary or street stuff.

When I bought my granddaughter her Ibanez guitar on Amazon I also bought her the fender amp. It is small and it does the job perfectly. It is small for her to take around wherever she hast to go and the price is right.

Had to give it a 4 rating on the sound quality due to the iritating loud "POP" when turned off. Fender doesn't manufacture a cover for this amp, BUT WAIT ONE! The good news is that there exists a perfectly sized cover via Amazon by HOMEST DIRECT that fits it perfectly with two storage pockets- one on each end. And it is only $8.99 plus tax. It is a sewing machine dust cover with one "See-Through" panel that allows the Fender insignia and front panel to be readily observed: 'HOMEST Visible Sewing Machine Dust Cover(Black)' It doesn't have a hole for the amp's carry handle, but I intend to cure that by cutting an appropriately sized hole to insert an adequately sized zipper that will allow access to the handle and seal the cover while the amp is in storage. Or maybe just a slot and a velcro flap.
