It mentions you can order the 0.8 inch insert , i contacted seller he wants to charge me same price as the below almost AED 230 which is ridiculous. Also it says you can remove the neck curvature from inside to give it more depth but its not true it cant be removed. I ordered blue it came white . The nylon bag was ripped seems used and returned . It came different brand also not Groye. I returned it.

Although promised that we can get an additional insert and a 5 year warranty, the only thing we got was one reply that this is not possible for outside of us, that was not mentioned when we ordered, and our item was shipped outside of the US fine.
