Excellent choice for many reasons...
Update 03/18/19:This pen keeps doing what it's meant to, has taken a beating and exceeds expectations.I carry it in my jeans pocket daily (perfect length to not push up and out when sitting) it somehow has gone through the wash 3x (I am aware of,) 3 full tours in the dryer on high heat, a few more in just the dryer with jeans, it was temporaily displaced when our 70ft jet boat got a call about some "issues", 2 seconds later the twin 1400hp engines at full speed we spun around full 180 hard... And with the G-force, my beloved pen was launched from my hand into the abyss. The next 45min all I could think about was how bummed I was to lose my faithful pen, as we were tearing through the water cutting constant turns and corners at 40+.Things calmed down and I gratefully found my lucky pen laying in a pool of salt water under the main stairs 40ft back from where I was...and it was fine... Again! Each time I of course took it apart (very basic and seamlessly made similar to cleaning your weapon) washed if all out, dried it well making sure tube was rid of any ink shrapnel (like each time in the dryer) then put it back screw on the bolt action tightly with a drop of oil on the seals, I alwags write in blue and the Schneider Slider 755 or the Parker .7 metal gel cartridge seem to work in ANY condition, always smooth. I also use the stylus a ton and have ripped 3 (laundry and salt water trips didn't help) and I bought the ones mentioned by Cool Hand on Amazon and they work like new.I am more than impressed and I use it more than any other pen I have owned. It has a lot more used I won't go into, but it fits in the palm and handles its own, no cracks, chips, nothing. Thanks Cool Hand!!!-PaulSolid pen, stylus is fantastic!I was looking for a decent new EDC pen, along with a stylus, and had to be short enough to clip into jeans without looking lame, or having it too long to slide out of pocket and lose it...I found all 3 in this pen/stylus, but the style and look of this model is much more appealing than most others online...I looked ling and hard to take the place of yet another lost Space Pen Bullet with black clip and stylus, I think I found the perfect one to top it.I like the versatility of being able to use several different refills, I am using the Schneider Slider 755 XB in blue, it writes really well and feels good in your hand, perfect weight. One feature I was not looking for, but now appreciate is the bolt action, which hides the rubber stylus when not in use so when in your pocket, the stylus tip does not rip on keys, or by rubbing against something. Sounds small, but I have ripped several stylus tips this way, not anymore.I really like this Cool Hand Pen Stylus and will be using it daily for a long while...ps...Excellent customer service with Cool Hand as well, they were great to deal with, thank you!Cool Hand Carbon Fiber Bolt Action Pen Stylus for Touch Screen, Compact Size, Deep Skeleton Pocket Clip

Hate the touch topper, love the pen.
I love everything about this pen EXCEPT the pen top for touch screens. If it didn’t have that extra retraction got the touch screen pen top, I would buy 5 of these just in case I ever lost one.I love the smooth feel, the look and the weight. The only other way to improve upon this pen, aside from the Touch Screen topper, would be to make it accept Pilot G2 refills.

Nice pen. Solid Brass
Nice pen. Fits well in the hand. Just enough weight to add control. And big enough to help with grip. I have like it a lot. Easy to buy refills too. How could you go wrong? Looking for a nice pen? Looking for a nice pen for someone? Well, here you go. I'm 60 years old and I have been writing for a long time, obviously. I have used all kinds of pens. This is the first one I have reviewed. Just get it. Not too expensive. Easy getting refills. Not too heavy. Kind of like the fat pencils used in kindergarten class. Might be easy for a kid to use. Buy one for yourself and let them try it. Sometimes adding a little weight makes writing easier. Anyway, very good pen. You cannot go wrong really. I got the brass one.

A smidge small, and the stuff at the top of the pen catches on the skin 'twixt thumb and forefinger.
It's brass. That's very nice. The pen is a bit too short with all the stuff (pen open/close catch and the pocket clip) at the top. 1/2"-1" longer would be perfect for the barrel design. I cut off the end of a plastic red anchor for a plaster wall screw to compensate for the difference in length between the cartridges they ship for this, and the highly popular Fisher cartridges that write underwater, upside down, in space, whatever, and dropped it into the top of the pen, then put in the Fisher cartridge, and everything is a perfect fit.I didn't really care about the stylus features, but I graded them anyway.A good buy for a Solid Brass pen (Brass Version). A pretty piece for the price for people that are Brass collectors. It looks retro, but has space age technology after you modify it for Fisher refill cartridges. I had fun making it work, and I am sure I will enjoy using it.

Love it
Superb quality. I can tell whoever decided to design and produce this pen put lots of thought into the quality of the pen, and is most likely an aficionado of machining. Who else would have thought to make a titanium pen? It’s a very elegant minimalist style pen. Titanium is one of the most difficult metals to machine, while it’s a deceptively simple looking pen, a closer inspection reveals lots of subtle detail. From the chamfering of the edges, to the quality star screw used to secure the pen clip which itself is beautifully machined. It’s contoured to slip in and out with ease and without breaking. The quality of the knurling around the grip area is finely done, without a jagged edge in sight. The parts of the pen can unscrew to replace the ink or stylus tip, and the threading in those features feels excellent. The parts screw on and off smoothly but the tolerance is so tight you barely see a gap when screwed in. The inner walls of the pen are thick titanium, thicker than I would have guessed, I was pleasantly surprised. The pen writes great and I love the quality and elegance of the bolt action. I expect this own to last me forever if I don’t loose it.

Not impressed
The pen was way smaller than I expected. It also is extremely light in weight. I was expecting a much weightier pen. My expectations were definitely not meet 😕. The stylus retracts when writing, so you can't use both. Which sucks. I'm a pen guy, and honestly I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product for the price. You can buy something like this at a dollar tree store for a fraction of the cost. But, presentation is key. You can sell anything with the right presentation. I took photos of a regular size pen and the one I purchased so you can see the difference. A huge difference.
