I have always bought this brand of Vitamin D3. It does work really well. I have chronic low vitamin D and whenever I start feeling like really low energy I realize I have fallen off from taking my Vitamin D. After about 2 weeks of taking it everyday I notice that my energy has slowly come back. I make sure to take this in the cold and flu months as I work in healthcare and it definitely keeps my immune system up. They are really small and very easy to swallow. They also have no smell or taste. Definitely a key vitamin you need to have if you do not get a lot of sun. Also the price for 350 soft gels is awesome. This lasts me 4 months (I need to take 3 soft gels a day). So, I am only buying it 3 times a year which is awesome for the benefits. I don't have anything negative to say about this product at all.
