Great firm mattress
The mattress was shipped fast and arrived on time. The mattress is great so far. It's very firm and my toddler loves it. It fits perfectly in the bed frame.

Durable.
I bought this for my 80lbs American bulldog foster. She now sleeps on this instead of my couch so I guess she likes it.

Chances are it’s going to be damaged during shipping!!
It’s an okay mattress, my problem is that it was not properly package, it comes in a bag, so it came with a hole as you can see in the attached pictures, my baby really likes it tho.

Like, I literally put each one on the floor ...
I bought mine from a certain big box store for $36.00 and free shipping and handling. I will start off by saying that I have never had a baby and never will. This bed, I bought for my very old, female rottweiler with incontinence, arthritis, hip dysplasia, and cataracts. She spends over 15 hours a day in her bed because she is past the playing stage and just wants to relax or sleep all day. My bed is 28" off the ground and once she is on my bed, she refuses to get off and with her incontinence, I don't want to ruin my expensive bed sets.I have tried just about every baby and toddler mattress offered in Wal-Mart and Babies-R-Us from $30-$300. Like, I literally put each one on the floor and got on each and tried each. My dog is 100lbs, so if it is not comfortable for me, it is not comfortable for her.To be honest, I wanted a cheaper mattress for her, but was willing to pay up to $200. I started off with the Kolcraft Pediatric 800. That one was trash. Even squeezing it in-between your hands, it felt like the springs were very flimsy and my hands could almost touch with not much effort. I tried the Dream On Me 80 Coil and this was equally trash. The Sealy Ortho Rest was OK. For a coil mattress, it was one of the better. I felt that even the high end mattresses that had springs could compare to this bed. I enjoyed the Dream On Me 6" 2-in-1 Foam Core, but found that it was $80. In all honestly, I believe this Safety 1st mattress compared nicely to that mattress, but was half the price. We enjoy this mattress. My dog loves it. It is big enough for both her and my other, very large dog to sleep on it together and it not sink down to the ground completely. Most importantly, it is waterproof. When not in use, I can throw it in my closet or toss it under my bed.If you need a cheaper option than a traditional dog bed, I would suggest this.

Don’t order it from a big box store. Damaged !
Don’t buy it from Walmart, mine came with a 36 inch cut threw the plastic, waterproof cover and into the inner matress. Now Walmart is “having a glitch” and can’t send out a replacement. Skip the hassle and get it from amazon. You know they are always on point. Very firm mattress. The water proof cover can be removed to clean BUT you must put it back on. Without the cover it’s all thermo bonded plastics and filling. It’s basically a thick plastic filled with semi melted plastic.
