Nice model of jet I flew many times
I actually flew this tail number back in the day, nice detail, glad to have it on my mantle, would love a little larger size but ultimately pleased with this one.

Awesome F 4
I sent this to my best friend who served in Viet Nam in the Air Force. I served with the Air Wing in the Marines. I knew he would love having this on his desk. I bought the same one but with Marine insignia. These are highly detailed and look great. Nice gift for the veteran in your life.

Very nice model!
Great detail. Only challenge is the tail fins snap off too easily. However, it’s easy to glue them back on.

Lovely little model
I absolutely adore military aviation history and I wanted some models to collect. If you're looking for some good aircraft model, these ones are the way to go. They're made of metal and pretty heavy (as to be expected). They come with a stand bearing the name of the aircraft and it's scale size relative to it's real counterpart. Sure, they are pretty expensive but I think it's worth it.

Yes, It’s Small for $30, But Cool
Got the F-104 today, I’ve always loved that plane since I was a kid watching The Right Stuff. So finally decided to splurge and add it to my collection (I keep them in a bin and occasionally pull them out and “fly” them when no one else is looking complete with awesome sound effects—LIKE ALL OF YOU, NO SHAME!). The pictures make clear it’s not big, and it’s pretty accurately displayed in the video, you see the finger. But the price on these is largely demand, some much bigger ones are considerably cheaper. I made an informed decision. The plane looks great—though I can tell the nose is not attached very strongly so be careful. This Stargighter is bigger than some of the other Postage Stamp fighter planes I have, smaller than others. But really—the fuselage is a fine size, what makes others think it is smaller than expected is also what made it a death wish to fly: the F-104 had TINY wings. So, I think that’s what has thrown some people off. Here it is (1:120) between a Daron A-10 (1:140) and F-4 (1:155). The F-104 is actually made at a larger scale, and is even a bit bigger than the F-4 even though the F-4 was a much bigger plane. So, all in all, I think this is FINE! If you want more bang-or BOOM-fir the buck, try the WWII bombers. I have the B-25 and it’s HUGE. Up to you if you want to pay $30 for a cool looking F-104. It IS considerable cost to size ratio compared to some other Daron Postage Stamps. But… Vrrroom! PEW PEW PEW! WHOOSH!!!!

Really nice model.
Really nice model, sturdy metal diecast and you can feel the quality. Smaller than I thought but still a great size for a desk ornament which was my intended use for it. Placed it next to an iPhone 14 for size reference. I'm very particular and wanted more attention to detail on the model though. The biggest cons I noticed (for me) are that the turbine engine intakes are solid (no hole/insert for more realistic look), no pilots in the cockpit, and only two fuel pods for armament. Would be cool to see some sparrow's and sidewinders under the wings.
