These cotton swaps are so much better than regular "q-tips".The spiral shape just seems to grab more wax and gunk out of you ears.

I am happy with this swab cleaner, my reason for my second order.

I’m Not sure what the other reviewer received, but mine were spiral shaped. I mostly use these for the outside area on the front of the ear(Not the hole). They clean ear crevices very well.

両側がスパイラル状で耳掃除の使い勝手が良いです。耳垢がよく取れます。また150本とたくさん入っていて、価格もリーズナブルだと思います。

黒い綿棒はなかなか売っていなくて、ネットで見つけて購入。棒が柔らかくて使いにくいものが多いのですが、これはちゃんとしていて（別にすごくしっかりしているわけではないですが）使い心地も悪くないです。
