I shattered my growth plate in my wrist in a car accident. I had totally forgot about that until I rode my bike three days in a row on my Christmas holiday break. Bought these and they are simple to put on, work great supporting and limiting wrist movement. Went out for a bike ride this past weekend and didn't feel pain during or after. Not sure what activates the heat. I don't normally feel it but fell asleep with it on once and woke up with a warm hand.

The structure of the wrap is good. However, as someone above mentioned, I literally felt like my entire wrist was on fire, and it took hours to calm down after I took it off. I tried taking a shower and my skin was so irritated, it felt like I was burning myself. Not sure what that’s all about???

I would have to disagree with the "fake news" comment. When I hit the 10 mile mark on my bike, my hands get completely numb. With these wraps, I had NO numbness, as they supported my wrists, and took all the pressure off of my ulnar nerves. The warmth kicked in about that time too, and they helped me to really enjoy my ride.

Ok. Not everyone may have this experience but when I put on the brace it was as if I had a blow torch applied to the area. Not sure if everyone has had this response but for me not good.
