I've ordered this over and over and over - we use it daily in yogurt and smoothies. We have been buying this Brand for several years. Comes in great packaging, easy to seal and reseal, keeping the coconut fresh, free from clumping and a soft texture. It isn’t sweetened, so it can be used for savory cooking as well as cookies. Easy to use, non clumping, healthy dietary addition. Good value. Great Brand.

Flakes are too finely shredded. Can not return, even if unopened. That said, they taste good and are fresh.

I really didn't investigate "unsweetened" coconut until the last couple of years, didn't really ever have a need for it. But suddenly I have several recipes that call for it and it's definitely a great ingredient that has a better nutritional value than the typical sugar-covered version. I also can't get this at my regular grocery store and this looked to be the best value on Amazon. I use it for a lot of different Indian dishes, and lately I have been using it in a homemade granola recipe which is amazing. Especially in the granola, it's great to start with an unsweetened product, you can then use sweeteners for the whole batch, and use sweeteners that are more healthy like real maple syrup, agave, etc. rather than sugar or corn syrup. Great product!

I really enjoyed this mixed into smoothies and will buy again.
