No issues at all, perfect fit.
It was easy to install. The screws were too long so my hubby had to add something to the screw to make it tight. My ladder works fine now.

Better than what I expected
The end result after replacing the old and worn mechanism is great. The arms are slightly shorter than the originals, so you can slide them an inch closer to the steps to ensure that the new screws will not get caught up with the robots of the old parts. It works very smoothly, quieter than the old one.

Attic Bracket
The measurements was a inch shorter than original and I thought it can still work, I did not received the screw kit in the box, I notified the seller & never received the screw kit so I had to return it.

don't wast your time, buy the entire attic stairs.
the size was just right..needed to move the holes around 2ce for the side of the attic where it pivots. and it dose close right because the holes for the spring are too far out.tried to drill new holes and you can only drill so much before the arm hits the spring hook.did what i did, and still have a 3 inch gap.

Good quality
Had to realign them since they were not a direct replacement but they worked.

Works very well. Consider own hardware.
Before I purchased this kit I paid specific attention to the comments from Mr. Thorpe, Mr. Sparks, Matthew M and Mr. Putnam previously made in the review section. Also, I measured what i had and compared those with the provided values for this unit. My arms were different as they did not contain the curved piece but simple math led me to see this would work as all other measurements matched. My ladder was very old and there is no visible identification to indicate who built it; so there was some risk in buying a post 2010 kit, but it matched based on measurements. My only additional comment beyond what has been provided by others regards the hardware. The bracket has four holes with installment requiring three screws being placed on each side. That is fine! As this house is older (1976) the wood is aged. Even with pre-drilling i snapped a head with the screw only 2/3ds of the way in. First time i thought it was me, but when it happened a second time, i thought otherwise. I used my own hardware after that and had no issues with the installment. The arms work well!

Worked great
I knew when I bought this item it said only for a Werner model. I have a Century attic ladder and could not find the correct arms for it. I was able to make this work I did have to move the mounting bolts on the ladder up to make it work. Beats paying and installing a new attic ladder.
