Great Stuff
Liquid Rubber is the bomb! I swear you could take a firehose to my basement walls and they still wouldn't leak. I do use the Geotextile tape for cracks in the wall and along the space where the floor and the wall meet. I also put one roller length of Liquid Rubber on the floor next to the wall. I also use the Liquid Rubber primer which, in my case is necessary. My basement walls are like those old popcorn ceilings. I have to scrape off what I can, put the primer on then 2-3 coats of Liquid Rubber. Zero water in the 3 years I've used it. We recently had a freak flash flood storm come in from the northeast and little streams came in on an untreated wall. That wall has now been Liquid Rubberized and it WILL keep the water out.

Rubber membrane for foundation walls
I had read online that conventional tar based foundation wall treatments only last around 7 years before they start to break down and allow water to penetrate. Liquid Rubber seems to offer a much more effective water barrier, creating a solid membrane on top of the foundation wall surface, thus preventing water from seeping into the block. I found the product easy to apply, using a brush for the first coat to get into the porous surface of both old and new concrete block. I applied the second and third coats with a 3/4" nap roller and this was much quicker. (Two 5 gallon buckets covered approximately 475 sq ft. with three coats over most areas, 4 along the footer.) I also purchased a roll of the Liquid Rubber Geo Textile fabric to use on the seam between the footer and the wall. While it was messy to get it into place and cover it, I found it gapped quite a bit because of the not so perfect surfaces upon which I was applying it (the footer was not smooth, making it an uneven surface to try to install the strip of fabric.) Even the vertical joints in the concrete block caused the fabric to gap. I tried to add additional coats on top of the fabric, but it really didn't adhere as well as I would have hoped. I ended up using the Geo Textile for only about 5' of wall, so that was a $ 65 purchase that was wasted. At the end of the day, I just did about 4 coats of the Liquid Rubber on that seam and am pleased that it will seal it up well. There was one other item that was frustrating with this product. Because I was repairing a foundation wall that had a history of seeping water, the block wall and footer were both well saturated. And some areas had block that was starting to crumble/turning to sand. I let it air dry for about a week, then used a propane roofing torch to dry it up further before applying the Liquid Rubber. And I wire brushed away all of the loose sand to make sure I would apply the product to a solid surface. For the most part, that seemed to dry it up well enough to form a good bond even on what had been a loose surface. However, in some of those areas, I noticed that the final membrane was pulling away from the wall. I used a utility knife to cut out the bubbles and reapply new product. If it ever 'fails' I am sure it will be at one of those areas. Otherwise, the stuff was messy but not as bad as a tar product would have been. And it was fairly easy to wash up, although I just threw my work clothes away. I would recommend this over a tar product any day, but with the caveat that you have solid, dry surfaces to adhere it to. And skip the Geo Textile if your surfaces are not perfectly smooth....just use extra Liquid Rubber to cover that transition.

Pointless without the sealing product
This is part of a 3 stage until/product if you are not using the slealer you don't need this product. The way it works you put down the slealer first, and while it is still wet, you put the tape on the seal and then more slealer over the tape, but it works amazing for making water tight corners and to bridge up to a1/2" Gaps then you paint over it all with the rubber coloring product.

Customer Service from Manufacturer was excellent
I had ordered one too many and since I had missed the 30 day window, Amazon would not let me return the product. Talked to the manufacturer and they responded quickly and were very nice about the problem. They gave me a refund minus 20% restocking fee which I totally understood. Great company to work with!

Works fine, not a great value
The product itself works as described, just follow the instructions. The issue is that it is a poor value for the price. I bought another roll that functioned as well at a large chain retail store at about 4X the value. Having used both, there are slight differences depending on the application, but no difference in function.

Finally a Complete Solution
Our pond has had recurring problems with leaking and a number of repairs involving epoxy paint were successful but short lived. I decided to try Liquid Rubber to see if it would do a better job. I immediately observed that the Liquid Rubber product covered the interior surfaces of the pond better than materials used in the past. Moreover, as I applied the second and third coat, I could observe a very uniform coating being developed. It is important to let the coats cure properly. I gave each coat 24 hours (in sunny 90 degree weather) to dry (a bit beyond just tacky) before another coat was applied. After application, I let the pond sit for 36 hours. I then did a test fill and not a drop was wasted due to leaks. I let it sit for 3 days to confirm the Liquid Rubber coat was holding up. Perfect. I am confident that I will have years of protection with Liquid Rubber. I have a gallon left over, but with at least a year of shelf life left, I will find waterproofing areas around the home to use this product. A well deserved 5 star rating.

Amazing product. I bought this product along with the gauze and it has cured my leaking conservatory problem (along the channel where the new guttering links into the existing roof guttering (a bungalow). This has twice been attempted by professionals, but when I saw this product, I thought I'd give it a go (two applications, during a dry-spell in August last year). RESULT: a bone-dry conservatory all winter for the first time in 8 years ... Not a bad effort by a 70 year old lady (husband held the ladder ... !).

On time and as described. I had to order a second roll and the first roll I used up faster than I calculated. I used up the first roll cutting up into squares, to tent over my socket head screws on my metal roof. I did what was described in my instructions by using a paint brush and painting a base. I then put the square piece on, and dabbed the edges down until all were soaked by the sealant underneath. I did two more coats of the sealant with a small roller. No leaks but then with the sealant when dry you can see why. My only suggestion to the Liquid Rubber Manufacturer is to offer pre cut squares of this material.. really useful when doing screw or socket heads. It took me about 2 hours to cut up a roll into squares. I would myself be willing to pay more to have that done.

This product is a must for going over wood joints or sealing flashing to Liquid Rubber, almost as important as the Liquid Rubber primer (which is an absolute must, do not use Liquid Rubber without the primer or it will not stick to anything). The Geo-Textile when completed provides a flexible but very strong and very well sealed bridge over any joints or if you have flashing at the edge of your deck (as I did).

Using this along with liquid rubber and appropriate primer did a fantastic job of repairing a split in corrugated sheeting. This geo-textile layer enabled the gap to be closed, which couldn't have happened with just the liquid rubber and primer.
