Ordered in October and has now stopped working replaced batteries and still won’t come on
When it worked we found this great value for money but didn’t expect it to break so quickly which is a shame

Not captured a mouse entering my house yet, the bracket has started to rust
I bought this to see where mice and rats are entering my loft, then I'll be able to fill that hole. But maybe due the Indian summer we are having it's not captured any yet. I've seen cats, pigeons and a robin, so know the camera and PIR work fine. very soon after it was outside, the bracket started to rust, it was only £30, so I wasn't expecting the best quality, but am slightly disappointed with that. The video only starts recording after it has taken a picture, so there is the possibility of missing the action.

Excellent trail camera for the price
The media could not be loaded. We bought this camera plus an SD card to help identify what rodent had moved into our house. We thought we has mice but the camera showed us we had a rat. The camera was positioned under a kitchen cabinet in the first picture and on top of kitchen cupboards in the second. This helped with getting pest control in and getting rid of the rat. We have also used the camera in the garden overnight to spot further rodent activity and the pictures and videos were very clear. Daylight pictures are good. Batteries have been in for over a month now and not needed replaced.

Incorrect description of item
It states that a Tripod is included in the purchase, but I haven't received a Tripod.

pleased
its really good, since using this i have good film of badgers, foxes, otters, mink, all sorts of birds. even caught three fly tippers. but the first time i used it, i thought i had loads of footage, wrong. when i reviewed it, i soon realised that the blades of grass blowing in the breeze was setting it off, haha. my inexperience. so i now put the sensitivity to medium. so easy to use too. really pleased.

Poor life expectancy, or just a one-off?
The media could not be loaded. Bought two of these in September 2023, and now two months later, one camera works fine, the other camera only records "static". Have swapped out the card and batteries to the other camera and this works fine.However this camera simply produces the image attachedWill seek a return for this item

Failed to work. Customer Service apalling
Although purchased in January 2023 I only tried to use the camera in September 2023. The unit failed to start and continually beeps. The setup menu doesn't display. I contacted the vendor and chased for a reply but have heard nothing.Proceed with caution.
