I have a protruding disc. This brace is amazing. Had an issue with it a the replacement is already on the way. If you have back pain 100% recommend this brace. I literally have to have surgery to remove part of my disc from my nerves root. This brace makes it to were I can go to work if that tells you anything! Very durable. I work in manufacturing everyday with it.

This has helped with my lower back pain. I previously had a L5-S1 bulging disc. I got this to help give my lower back some extra support. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be.

It is a bit of an investment but I decided to take a chance on this one after seeing it on TikTok.There are no exaggerated sounds like they had on the TikTok videos but man this thing helped me a ton. I’ve been down and out in bed for days because my lower back was so bad. Once I started wearing this thing it really helped my back start to feel better.Be careful what clothing you wear with it because the Velcro might snag on certain fabrics. After some trial and error I’ve found it’s best to wear this under all of my layers or just over a simple camisole or tshirt.Super happy with this brace and if you have lower back pain, definitely try it!

It's just okay. I do not think it is of high quality. It's cheaply made. I would recommend going with another brand for the money.
