I just received a new machine. It s a real one. I use Kangen for years, i wanted this one it was so expensive in Canada. I took a chance. ๐ Donโt forget to clean every month with the solution Once a year the machine need a deep cleaning to keep it good (some company do this) Thanks ๐

ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE, THEY SENT IT TO ME WITH THE RETURN LABLE AUTHORIZATION SLIP ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX. THEY NEVER SHOULD OF RESTOCKED IT FOR RESALE. HORRIBLY HANDLED.
