I got these in amber and love them! The "night mode" on my camera makes the hall and room look brighter in the photos than they are, but you can see the orange color. These little lights give off the perfect amount of low-to-the-ground light for our senior dog who can't see well in the dark anymore. And great for us if we get up in the night too! Three lighting options and dimmable. They don't go off during the day, and they have a nice soft fade on/off too. Perfect solution for our 1930s apartment that lacks outlets!

I have a lot of motion lights. Really like this one. As the design is nice and love the split light effect. You can choose just the front light or just the bottom light or both to come on. I picked just the bottom and placed it closed where I sleep and it is the perfect night light if I have to get out of bed during the night. The stepless range of the sweet amber light is outstanding..filling the room with gorgeous soft amber light. I use rechargeable aaa lithium batteries, so I don't worry about constantly buying disposable batteries. I also placed a flat round magnet on the back sticky and simply placed it on a metal surface. Can move it without issues. I highly recommend il.

I placed these in the middle of the stairs in my house, about 2-3ft above the step. I think our stairs span about 6-8ft in length. This worked well for triggering the light when I was at the bottom or at the top of the stairs. I purchased in early August and looks like the lights stopped working in early November. I would say it got a "medium" level of usage, but not really sure how that translates to other homes, so if I had to guess, I'd say to expect anywhere from 2-4 months of battery life. I plan on using Energizer Lithium (the blue label ones that are used in outdoor Blink cameras) batteries in them next, that should make it last much longer. For around $12, I think these are well worth the price. I gave 4 stars because I wish the sensors did a better job detecting movement before I reached the stairs, the battery life, and I wish they were slightly more luminous. Honestly if I could do 4.5 stars, I would. They are good lights.

I love these! They are motion activated so that they're not glowing all night if unneeded. They are perfect for my landing on stairway going to the second level. Helps me avoid stepping on my black dog at night as he sleeps outside the bedrooms! The following features are amazing, there is a back light available, you can also change the brightness of the front light to suit your needs. They are easy to take off (or put on) my baseboards without damaging the area. I highly recommend buying these!!

We have a spare room in our garage and my mother would always complain about how dark it was when she had to leave the room to use the bathroom at night. This was exactly what was needed. It is NOT bright but puts out just enough light to cut through the absolute darkness. The motion sensing function is good. It turns on the moment I open the garage/house door which is about 8-10 from where I mounted it. The only complain is the lack of knowing what mode its set on but to be honest I didn't read the manual so that's is probably on me. Sticky pads come with the unit, it also has slotted holes for easy install/service if you wanted to mount it via screws.

I bought these because there were moments on our livaboard boat that me and my hubby would miss a step because it was SO dark at night. It was painful. Wasn’t expecting much, but hoped it would provide a lighted path at night. These little lights are AWESOME! You can set them up to light somewhat specific areas or a more general space, too. Plus, you can adjust the brightness! I LOVE that I can see where I’m going in the middle of the night without needing to light the whole boat, no light switches needed and the lights I’ve got in the galley/kitchen are bright enough to handle refilling a drink or light food prep while the ones in the quarters/bedroom are dim enough not to wake the hubby while me or the dog move around. We have not had any missed steps since installation and they have made nighttime movements not only safer, but easier. I ordered another four to add to the heads/bathrooms and they have been extremely helpful as well. They would be awesome in closets, cabinets, toolboxes, under kitchen cabinets, OMG! camping, indoor stairways (why I got them), etc. too. I also bought some rechargeable batteries just in case, but so far, the lifespan on regular batteries has been impressive. Heck, I’ve thought about tossing one in my purse to light up the contents when it’s dark! These things are wonderful little pucks of light and oh so helpful on a boat (inside-not weatherproof) plus, no extra electricity drain beyond the AAA batteries. If you have a boat, even a little cuddy-cabin or a center console with a hideaway head, get some to light up those places you can’t quite see when it’s dark. Bigger boat? Get more. Your life will be much better. On land, possibilities are endless. Great lights!

We use them on the walls on our stairs and now we can safely use the stairs at night. They have motion sensors so they automatically detect us and brighten the path. Highly recommend!
