Hello. Thank you for your questions, we will add this information to the product description. The metal parts, the vegetable peeler blade and the grater are made of AISI304 stainless steel. They are rust-free and dishwasher-safe. The spikes are made of zinc coated steel . The vegetable peeler blade is replaceable, it is a standard size. The board is made of beech wood. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Store it in a dry place. The board can be replaced (or additionally used) with a board from the IKEA range. This is made for those occasions when you have a need for a new board or an additional board. The board should be periodically treated with mineral oil to prolong its life. Cook-Helper team.

Q: How do i wash this with the clamps? are they removable? can it go in the dishwasher? is the grater included?

The clamps are not removable. For cleaning you need to use a damp cloth. We also have a set with a plastic board, it can be washed in the dishwasher as a whole. Please take a look in our store. Thank you for your question.
