This is the first one star review I’ve ever given to a book, but I feel this one really deserves it. The book consists only of a list of phrases, and going through them is pure torture. I suppose a young person with limited experience in relationships and/or the workforce might find phrases that would be helpful, but I just couldn’t get myself to read through page after page, as it all seemed so common sense to me. If you have any common sense and have had to work through any conflicts already, it’s unlikely that this book will have anything of value for you.
