Did not come with beards or paint brushes.
This was a 12 piece wooden nutcracker set only. The additional 12 beards and 5 paint brushes did not come with it.

I should've read the description better. These are for 12 figurines with beards and paintbrushes, not for 29 figurines. No problems with the nutcrackers themselves, just my mistake.
