That's how it came out of the box but it works
Does the job perfectly for a 23m2 room , placed high at the wall at the longest end of the room, but it came dented out of the box. Such a hassle to send it back and no heating until I get the refund so we agreed with the seller 80% refund and to keep it as it is.Heats the walls of the room with the infrared radiation so it supports even the next rooms to work less. I’m sure it’ll save me loads of money from the next bills ! Let’s see! 🙏🏻🤞🏻

Hot
Warms up quickly.. but cools down too quickly. It’s also too hot to touch when on . Care needed should carry warning

It's only cost effective on a low setting.
On full power it's cheaper to run central heating.

Lovely product very helpful customer service
This heater gives or a good amount of heat and is far more cost effective than a convection heater. I did contact customer services at one point and their handing of my enquiry was rapid and extremely helpful. Will certainly consider buying more panels in future.

So glad we got this
Great heater that provides instant consistent adjustable heat in the room, it’s plug and go. Great company to deal with super customer service. Highly recommended.

Does what it needs to do.
Five stars for the supplier who returned some money because of cheaper shipping. You don’t get that nowadays. The heater itself is light, can be free standing or wall mounted, and heats perfectly fine.

Brilliant!
The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality hybrid panel heater with built-in thermostat, this infrared heater warms up fast and being a hybrid it has the benefit of convection heat too. It’s not as slim as most panel heaters because it’s a hybrid with convection but it makes it more practical and efficient. Unlike many panel heaters. this will keep a room warm and radiates heat around it as well as being hot to touch. I’ve bought infrared, electric fan fires, oil filled radiators and convection heaters in an attempt to supplement the poorly planned central heating in our old home. None of them are as effective as this 1000W hybrid and it costs less to run. It gets hot within minutes - I recommend putting it on high to start then reduce the thermostat to low once the room has warmed. Our smart meter shows it jump by a kilowatt when it’s on high but on low it uses less than 100 watts (by observing our smart meter). This comes with wall fittings and legs, so you can have it freestanding or fixed to a wall. The 1000W is plenty for a large bedroom, we find it more than adequate in our large lounge too but it’s not winter at the moment. For smaller rooms I’d go for the 600W, which is what we intend to put in my son’s home office this winter. I need to replace several radiators that aren’t fuel efficient and we’d need to book a plumber to reset the pressure on the combi boiler, so it’s actually cheaper to buy 2 of these - and they’re cheaper to run for us. If you’re comparing prices then make sure you’re taking into account these are hybrids with inbuilt thermostats and check the guarantee periods. There’s lots of panel heaters available, but not hybrids. Opranic is a brand I’m familiar with already and, personally, I don’t think think these are expensive. I’m delighted with mine and I’m happy to recommend them.

Great for a home office or bedroom
A square heater, quite thin, ideal for wall mounting, that uses convection and infra red. The design is very plain and minimalistic, with a dial for the heat level (That was a bit stuff to turn) and to turn it off.I'm using it in a home office and now the weather has gone cold, it's proven very useful in keeping me wam both during the day and in the evening. The heat it radiates is enough to fill the room and it's keeping me warm enough during the day and night. It seems to emit most of its heat from the front, but there's also some that comes out of the top. There was a slight smell when I first used it, but that soon went - far better than the oil filled radiators I've used. Ideal for a home office or bedroom!
