Lord have mercy.. I took the first pill around 8pm, i used the bathroom about 15 minutes later. Just a regular bowel movement. However, the next morning I took another pill around 12:20pm. Half hour later, I was emptying myself out with the runs. It definitely does what it says it will do. No stomach cramps, I drink about half a gallon of water a day. 10/10 recommend.Update: I took 2 pills and the cramps feel like I'm about to go into labor. It is not a joke please be careful if you take 2. So far they've lasted 10 minutes

Ever since I turned 45 it seems like everything slowed down a bit and sometimes I would go days or close to a week without going. Then, when I did go it wasn't very pleasant. I tried everything the pharmacy had to offer even the ones you have stick up there yourself with no luck. So I saw these on Amazon and read the reviews and figured what do I have to lose. Let me tell you I took one yesterday morning and my stomach felt a little gurgling but no sudden feeling to run to the bathroom all day so I took another one around 8 o'clock last night and slept fine all night. Then, at 7AM I felt the need to get out of bed and B-line to my throne. What a good feeling it is to use the bathroom again, something you'll never miss until it's gone for a while. If it wasn't for the first review I read about this product I probably wouldn't have tried it myself so I figured the least I could do to support this great product is leave a good review myself and I'm telling you it works. I wish I looked on Amazon and found this year's ago, it would have saved me lots of nights of labor pains (I'm sure some guys know what I'm talking about). You won't be disappointed in this product.

For me it takes about 10-12 hours before it kicks into gear. Just be patient, as you'll know when the painful cramping starts that it's about to do its job. It feels a bit severe to the system, but when nothing else seems to work this does.

I bought this product t..I was unaware of the huge chocking hazard this product has and not to take if you have any health issues. I did not even open it. They donot allow you to return to this product, even if unopened. This a dangerous product for chocking hazard.

This is not for pain relief. It was a great value for the money.

They do what they say but they cramp your stomach badly

These supplements have great quality ingredients and gets the job done for sure. I’ve compared it to other cleanses and this one is the best value. Drink a lot of water!
