This is the only thing that relieves my nocturnal leg cramps.

Well almost harmless. This is the sure fire better in 15 minutes go to bed relief for stomach upsets of any kind. Contains aspirin, which is a wonder drug in itself but we don’t take them anymore for a variety of reasons but … they assuage my body aches as another benefit, and it’s not that I’m taking aspirin on purpose and so what if I don’t need a Tylenol later. I don’t know when taking these gets out of hand? But I use it two or three times a month, and I’m fine.

I find this effective, but has aspirin in it, so may not be suitable for everyone.

Great value but I am unable to use because of aspirin ingredient.No one in family can use it either so it will probably go to waste or get donated for next food drive.

I have been using Alka Seltzer for many years. Always have it with me when I travel.
