A Worthy Sleep Supplement
The first time I tried this, just two nights ago, I was so grateful for the friend that recommended it to me! For those of you who don't know about tryptophan, it's mostly found in turkey and is mostly responsible for that sleepy feeling you get after that big Thanksgiving dinner. Well, you don't have to eat the big dinner to get that "sleepy" feeling any more. I WISH I''D KNOWN ABOUT THIS SOONER. For the first two nights I've taken it, my sleep is deeper and, after those midnight trips to the restroom, I can get back to sleep easily. The only downside to this is you have to take three tablets; either all at once before bed or prior to three meals during the day on an empty stomach. I find taking them at bed is easiest and I take them about an hour before I want to fall asleep. I sleep well and am grateful for it in the morning!

This formula is excellent for helping with sleep. If you are having problems with sleep I recommend giving this product a go. I have only used it a few times but have already found it makes a big difference.
