SpeckProducts CandyShell Pro iPhone 14 Pro Case, Prussian Blue/Cloudy Grey

I've been using Speck cases for my iPhones for years, and I've always been super happy with them. Unfortunately, this case is already showing signs it's not as rugged as those I've had in the past. After only a few weeks of light usage (i.e. going in and out of my pocket), the film that gives the case its mat finish has already started to peel away. It's black on black, so not the end of the world, but a little annoying.Another thing to be aware of, and this is more for buyer clarity, this case doesn't have any magnets it in. This is my first phone that supports wireless charging and I mistakingly thought that if this case was MagSafe compatible, that it would automatically "snap" into place on a MagSafe charger. It doesn't. Which is fine if you want to charge by laying your phone flat, but if you have a MagSafe charger that keeps your phone in an angled or vertical position, it'll slide right off. Without the magnets in the case, the charger wan't strong enough to hold the extra weight in place. Lesson learned.

This is a soft case that snugs my iPhone 14 Pro, but very slippery when you hold it on one hand and might drop often plus the lens are not protected well, esp the lens on the bottom left are prone to getting damaged when you place the phone down! I’d return this case!

DO NOT BUY. There is no bottom edge for the camera protection & one of the lenses is unprotected. I think this is a terrible design flaw & will be returning.

LOVE Speck cases. They're all I've used for years now, and they've saved my phones MANY times. This case is so pretty & vibrant, sturdy & already protected my new phone on it's first fall in a parking lot. The only downside to this one is it doesn't have the grips. I prefer the other Speck case with the grips, as it's not as easy to drop. If my purse falls over, the grip case usually keeps it in place. This one is more "slippery" and slides around in the car and more easily falls out of my hand. It still does its job, that's just the only reason I don't fully love & recommend this one.

I have had exclusively speck cases for my iPhones for over a decade. Up until now they have been excellent and protected my phone very well.When I got the new iPhone 14 Pro I was hoping speck made a good case for it - I was wrong. Not only is this case super slick and does not protect the camera lenses well; IT IS NOT MAGSAFE COMPATIBLE despite claims in the description. Official Apple Magsafe chargers WILL NOT stick to the case as the case has no embedded metal or magnets.DO NOT buy this product if you ever want to use Magsafe accessories
