The good: Assembly was pretty easy. I'm an old lady and managed to assemble it by myself, although the arched pieces had a tendency to swing and throw me around a bit. The directions were a bit hazy but I muddled through just fine, until I got to the very end and there's no instruction whatsoever on how to attach the straps (they need to be 50% longer). The included wrench is higher quality than you usually get in stuff like this, it's an actual open end wrench, not a piece of stamped tin. However, things will go dramatically smoother with a 13mm deep socket and ratchet.The not so good: I'm an experienced hammock camper in the wild with trees. However, my 11' Dutchware Netless and 11' Dutchware HalfZip with integrated ridgelines are exactly the length of the stand. They're not long enough to run over the top and down to the stand straps, and they're too long to attach directly to the top crossbar. I use ultralight suspensions with whoopie slings, and because you have to wrap them around so many times it makes the whoopies impossible to adjust, so my existing suspensions are useless. My 10' Kammock Mantis and 8' Hummingbird fit fine, but hubs isn't going to be comfortable in those short ones.The bad: If the included straps were 50% longer all the previous issues would disappear. Plan B, which I haven't implemented yet, will be to buy a cheap set of daisy chain straps and cut them down to 4 shorter daisy chains, much like what they included, but 50% longer. I will attach them to the lower crossbar, giving me the option of connecting anywhere from a foot out from the stand up and over to a foot below the top bar. I think this will work. If you're lucky, I might remember to update this review afterward. ;)

it was advertised to fit a hammock as big as my kammok which is a top brand. it was way to long. then I bought 2 Enos. they looked like they would fit on both of the top bars (no way it could go on the top bar on one side and the lower on the other so your head is higher than your feet) and on the top connector loop. after getting in your bottom is almost on the ground and youre in an L position. no way to sleep in it. easy to put together but not easily transported

I had gone through SEVERAL hammock stands all claiming to handle a double wide 9 foot hammock. This one is the real deal, held 2 adults, didn't tip sideways or lengthwise.It's super strong, simple build, well designed as well.2 adults, 5 foot 9, on a hammock, held by this stand. Perfect.

I have been searching for a hammock stand for a while, but didn't really want to spend the money on two singles. Then I stumbled across this and I am happy I didn't. I have had it less than a month so I can not speak for longevity yet, but so far I am thrilled. There are several different ways you can hang hammocks (both by yourself or with a partner). It's not the most maneuverable thing, so don't expect to be able to pick it up and transport easily, but other than that it is great. Highly recommend!

Our family loves having this hammock stand in our backyard. This stand much more versatile, sturdy, and attractive than any of the other hammock stands that I found in my research before making this purchase. It's fully adaptable with any hammock, or combination of two smaller hammocks that we might want to use. We love using two of our smaller hammocks together to hangout or watch the sunset on the patio. It's much better than a double wide hammock where we'd be slipping into the middle, smooshed together.Assembly was easy, and the parts seem very sturdy and well made. The color is beautiful and looks great on our patio. The paint finish looks so finished and refined, and I'm not worried about any chipping or wearing over time. We've had it for a few months now and it sure takes a beating from our kiddos, but has remained good as new. I think that we will be using this product for a very long time, and I'd recommend it to everyone! Fantastic find.

So worth it. Easy to assemble by yourself and holds you up really well.

I like that this product can hold two hammocks. It’s nice to be able to set it up for my children for reading time, or relax with my husband. We received a brown stand when we ordered a gold stand. There were a few nicks in paint as well. It was easy to assemble!
