Outstanding product that works very well

Bought this pump to replace a Harbor Freight Pump on the premise that it had a "on and off" switch - which was incorporated into the title description of the product - but since then the seller has removed. Because it does not have a on and off switch.If you want an on-off switch you have to add one that is plugged in between the pump plug and wall 110V source plug.Why is an on-off switch important? Because otherwise to activate or stop the pump you have to plug it in. Due to the heat generated by the pump voltage draw, the plug can get hot and under constant heat, the brass/copper plug contacts eventually stick together making unplugging the cord difficult. Repeated plugging and unplugging the cord under heated conditions will soon cause the plug contacts to come loose and dislodge from the plug molding. Additionally, handling a high-voltage load plug always carries with it the danger of electrocution - especially when you are working around water.Overall, this pump in comparison the HF is better in that it has feet upon which it sits and thus is better balanced and does not put pressure directly on the electrical cord that exists the pump. But, it is slight "slower".

Works grate i had water in my basement probably two inches,can’t submerge in the water I had to cut off some hose to use the strainer,works great

Ran for five hours use, then tied up. I changed the impeller parts, but it would no longer pump anything. Sad.

Works great. I used it to flush some pipes in my house. Doesn’t have an on/off switch but easy to remedy by plugging it in to a power strip if you need a switch. Fairly loud but that was t a concern for what I was doing.
