I had been using this product for more than two years already

I've always had problems with delayed fish "burps" from other products. These softgels have a great, thick coating -- even after hot coffee or soup they have NOT come up on me. But, due to my own body chemistry, I can only take one softgel (a half dose) per day. So, I have not yet taken enough to tell if my eyes will be less dry or my mood will improve. I feel I can stick with these long enough to find out.

I got this product because I was given a doctor's prescription for Omega 3, however, the prescription would have cost $30.00 for 60 capsules. With Swanson's, I got the same thing for $9.00, double the capsules for less. The product works fantastic.
