Just 8 simple rules
Wow, I'm in such awe of this book. Although I have only had it a couple of days, my focus has been one rule each day so I can sit with it and reflect. The past 2 years since my last relationship I've learnt to have a relationship with myself and to go within. So it's nice to read at the beginning that the journey starts with the relationship with oneself and learning the path from lonliness to solute. I even had a chuckle to myself when Jay speaks about trying something new and to look at the options below that resonate. I chuckled because I started singing lessons this week, a day before receiving the book and it's something I've wanted to do for a long time so this was a beautiful sign for me. Thank you Jay, this book really is something.
