Used this to set an adjustable nock on my bowstring and it has held up well. Nice bright color makes it quick and easy to nock my arrow and let em fly.

Bought this in red, contrasts well on a black bow string. I'm using it for nock points on my (new) 45# recurve. Seems to be working well so far, fuses nicely after knotting, hasn't appeared to fray after 40 or so shots. To do a tied nock, I used 5-6 turns, then 6 half-knots over, finished with a tight square knot & singed the ends. This won't last forever but the 14-strand Dacron string it's on is still new & stretching so the nock point will probably have to be moved later.

Good and tough for use on bowstrings. Ties easily. The amount of string furnished will last me a lifetime for sure.

I bought this to make nocking points and as part of my emergency EDC kit. I really would not use this product for more than tying on tie on nock sets. Its not high quality but its nice thick thread that works better than clothes thread. Its a bit waxy and squared off but it works well for what I need it to do. Does not melt perfectly but good enough.
