I tried out Enlifta at a time in my life when I lacked the energy and focus I needed to pursue some creative dreams. As an artist I have plenty of great ideas and the skill to bring those things to life and yet it can be difficult to have the energy to act. I didn't realize a lot of the blocks in life that just seemed normal at that time didn't have to be there. Enlifta took a weight from my shoulders that I didn't even know I was carrying, and I ended up taking the product for many months more because it genuinely worked for me. I have recommended it to friends in the past and I recommend trying it out if you think it might help you as well.

Works great. Definitely gave me a boost of mental and physical energy. I think $39 for 30 pills is a bit pricey though.

I have struggled with moderate depression issues off and on since I was in Jr High. I hated taking Dr prescribed medications because I felt like they made me a zombie and all the possible side effects really concerned me. I started this about 6 months ago and I am in shock with how effective it is. I have seen a dramatic difference in myself and first started noticing it around week 2 of use. I started taking one tablet a day, and then moved on to two. I have been happy with the results taking two a day. Its a big expensive, so I started buying in the 3 pack and that saves some of the cost. I would recommended this product to anyone that has a hard time finding stability in their mood and depression. I have experienced zero side effects that would make that is CON or less appealing.

I was impressed about the scientific data that supported the capabilities of this product formulation to elevate mood and fight symptoms of depression. I take it daily and I have noticed slight improvement. It’s helpful, but not as effective as medication prescribed for depression.

Buyer beware! What I thought would help with depression actually elevated my Serotonin & Dopamine levels to a dangerously high reading. My Naturopath is helping with supplements to bring the levels down, which is taking longer that I ever expected. Going on my 2nd month now. I feel better being OFF of this supplement than I ever did taking it. I used this supplement for approx 6 months. One of the biggest side effects was the headaches. I thought it was just stress but since stopping this supplement, I've not had one headache. I didn't have headaches prior to taking this either. Hoping my Serotonin & Dopamine levels are back to normal by the end of February. St. John's wart and 5-HTP can both cause elevated Serotonin levels. BE CAREFUL.

I completed taking the whole bottle and I genuinely did not notice a difference in my mood or any other changes.

I love this product and have been taking it for a couple years. It has helped keep my moods stable.
