Perfect little pan
I use this pan specifically for small pot roasts. It's just the right size for a 2-3 pound roast.

Heavy duty meat rack
A bit larger than I had hoped. I need to get a slightly smaller one for my needs, but this is a very sturdy meat rack. Heavier than any other I have owned. Nice product but watch the size and compare to the pots you will use it in.

It does the job!
I purchased this 13" roasting pan as a replacement for an enamel pan that finally wore out from longtime usage. This is a great size for a small whole chicken or two Cornish Hens. It's very easy to clean. However, it's lightweight compared to the pan I had to discard. Therefore, it may slide easily on the oven rack. Overall, it cooks very well.

Meat falls apart, potatoes are soft, no complaints. A great invention for cooking. Highly recommended.

Good Ol' Days
This cooker reminds me of my mom's cooker she had when growing up. Same design. Easy to clean. If you spay a little cooking spray on it before hand, then yes easy to clean. The dome lid fits on kinda loose which I find good when I'm cooking chicken. The lid slowly lets off some of the steam, but the chicken is still so juicy. I've had it for about a month and no problems. I bulk cook and I've put 8lbs of chicken breast and all come out great. Dishwasher Safe. Great Value for your hard earned money.

15lb Turkey DOES NOT FIT!!!!
The lid doesn't fit over a 15lb turkey.I even tried body slammed the turkey and still wouldn't fit.The lid just sat about 1 inch above the turkey, so I ended up using foil.Also, and WORTH mentioning, the enamel coating is crap, in 4 places it has started chipping off and only after 1 use.You are better off with a cheap dollar tree foil turkey roasting pan instead of this over priced mess...Seriously, you might even better off, cause the foil roasting pan will most likely last longer than this.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! What a disappointment.

Fehlerhaft emailiert, viel zu dünnes Blech
Der Bräter ist formschön, aber leicht wie eine Pappschachtel ( hauchdünnes Blech). Ausgerechnet auf der Unterseite sind scharfkantige Emaillenasen, die mit Sicherheit ein Ceranfeld zerkratzen würden. Ich habe das Teil zurück geschickt.
