Anpowe 200W(4x50W) 12V Black Poly Portable Folding RV Solar Panel Kit With 15A Charger Controller and Anderson Plug, Alligator Clipthe case should have a handle on the side so it would be easier to carry, the alligator clips are cheap and two of the three are broken, no instructions with the unit- I do not know how or if it is working. No info with the controller.

No owners manual or user guide.
We ordered this and are very disappointed. They sent this out without any kind of instruction manual, There is a controller on this with several different modes/functions. We have no idea what any of these mean. How would any normal user know what all the different codes mean and how they should be set? We called Amazon to get a book. After a 45 minute phone call we were told to send it back. We would have to pay for shipping, Then we were told to contact the manufacturer of the Panels - Seriously? In China?? Google doesn't even have video's on this. We spent a lot of money on a system we have no idea how to use. Very disappointing.
