I bought it as I needed it urgently. Very happy with the purchase, dried most of forest mushrooms with it and few apples so far. Highly recommended.

A friend (in New Zealand) introduced me to the idea of dehydrating things. We ordered one even before we got home.It's a terrific way of preparing citrus shavings and slices for gin etc., for preparing vegetables for long term storage (so buy those end of shelf life things at the supermarket), for doing dried mushrooms, breadcrumbs and, of course, herbs.The dehydrator is easy to use, very adaptable with the tray arrangement and reasonably easy to keep clean. It only pulls some tens of watts in use (though it does it for 10+ hours), so it's inexpensive enough to use.Worth it for the fancying up gin alone.My only criticism is that there isn't a recipe book; but plenty of guidance and suggestions online.

It worked fine for 3 months, but than, after switching it off, the heating spiral remained on and started melting the plastic around it. If I had left the house before noticing, I'm sure it would have caused a fire!

I have recently been experimenting with growing my own mushrroms and have found this to be an invaluble tool with the drying process, temerature ontrol is really good and theres is a strong airflow out of the top despite being heavily filled, full thick mushrooms dried in 12 hours on medium heat. would highly recommened

Works fine, i like the timer which i do not have on my other one, the trays also fit my other one which is good for me too. Recommend

This hydrator dried my medicinal mushrooms out very quickly and were cracker dry once done. It is very easy to use and packs away neatly out the way when not in use. Easy to clean. The finish is very good quality and the design looks very modern and stylish.

Did buy it for drying chicken for a treat for my cat, need to perfect this. Have dried fruit good result

I bought this item 3 months ago and it’s broke it doesn’t blow hot air now. Buy a different make in my honest opinion
