Love love love this tape! Super easy to rip (even one handed) and quite flexible around my thumb and knuckle. Notice just a bit of rolling around the edges but I feel that that is totally expected/normal. Comes off hand/fingers with ease without leaving any sticky residue (unless I have my nails done then I do notice some sticky stuff remaining. I just give it a little thumbnail to rub it off and it works perfectly.) Can never go wrong with pink tape too :)

I've tried other tapes before, this is by far my favorite. Never an issue with stickiness or coming off mid WOD. Great for barbell work !!

Great, simple, affordable tape for your Oly lifts and any other CrossFit workout where you might want some tape! The material is flexy and super grippy. I had a bit of trouble removing after some heavy cleans, but once I got it off all was good. The rolls also seem pretty big which is a plus.

This tape is fantastic for the hookgrip, it really saves your thumbs from getting chewed up.
